A Full-Body Sweet Potato and Yellow Koji Shochu was brewed with low-tempurature distillation. It has a fruity aroma of Citrus fruits in the top nose follow by an aroma of Muscat with slightly sweet taste from sweet potato. A very smooth aftertaste shochu.
