Aroma : Grilled honeycomb and treacle tart leap out first, followed by butterscotch, liquorice, and candied orchard fruits dusted with cocoa
Taste : Sweet spice and citrus collide – ginger, cinnamon, and candied lemon slices swirl into fig jam, blackberries, and molasses. Finish: Cocoa-rich and lingering, with warm spice and a final flicker of sherry-soaked fruit.
