100% Mature Blue Weber Agave
Our tequila is made only with 100% mature Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested by skilled jimadors. This results in a rounder, sweeter, full-flavored tequila.
Smaller Traditional Brick Ovens
Our smaller ovens (24 tons, compared to industry avg of 50+ tons) are made the traditional way, using brick, stone and cement. By cooking at a lower temperature over a longer period (72 hours), it softens the agave fibers and prevents them from over-caramelizing. This helps to build rich agave flavors while bringing out light citrus notes
Handmade 100% Copper Pot Stills
Double distilled in only small, handmade copper pot stills, our tequila is crafted to be smooth and refined. Copper helps to remove sulfur-based compounds and preserves the delicate agave flavors, while our slow and lower proof distillation process preserves natural depth and character.
