LONDON DRY GIN

Peter in Florence is, in tribute to Florence, the "gin of elegance": it centers the iris, the icon of the city, of which not only the root is used, but also the petals, much more rare, which emphasizes the floral part of the distillate. It is a classic gin, in keeping with the rules of London Dry Gin, but innovative, also for the use of various botanicals.

Fourteen in all that compose it, almost every room: in addition to the juniper and the iris, the bergamot of fresh bergamot, that of dried lemon, rose berries, lavender flowers and fresh rosemary, the root of angelica, coriander, almonds to love. All of them come from specialized local and organic micro-producers.
