Noguchi Naohiko Limited Edition 01 features exotic aromas of green melon, apple, sweet pear, pineapple, mango, banana, lime peel and creamy yoghurt, with additional watermelon and toffee apple on the palate.

Noguchi Naohiko Limited Edition is a series curated under the brand of “NOGUCHI NAOHIKO” as the culmination of nearly 70 years of sake-making by Toji, Noguchi Naohiko.

The 2018 vintage comes from the second brewing year of the newly founded brewery in Komatsu, Ishikawa. Noguchi Naohiko 01 was chosen as the best batch from amongst dozens of tanks by Noguchi-Toji himself. It is then aged as namazake (unpasteurised sake), using special aging techniques and conditions that Noguchi-Toji has honed over his many years in the industry, and released still unpasteurised. It is designed for long-term storage and will benefit from further maturation at cool temperatures.
