For 2021, Nikka's limited edition showcases a unique unpeated variation of Yoichi's single malt, crafted by Master Blender Masashi Watanuki. This blend includes the oldest unpeated malt cask from 1989, presenting a completely different facet of the typically peaty Yoichi.

Nose : Fruity notes of banana and green apple mingle with spicy and herbaceous undertones.

Palate : Vibrant citrus aromas transition to roasted coffee and creamy vanilla flavors.

Finish : Dried fruits, creamy vegetal notes, and a hint of cinnamon and clove spice complete the experience.
