Introduced in 2021 as part of Nikka's Discovery Series celebrating its 90th anniversary, the 2022 edition highlights the influence of yeast in shaping the flavor profile of Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts.

Nose : Saline peat dominates, blending with fruity notes of apple, pear, and yellow melon, alongside floral hints of lily and carnation.

Palate : Enhanced peat is accompanied by fruity tones of mirabelle plum and greengage, and floral notes of tulip and cyclamen.

Finish : A long-lasting profile featuring plum, licorice, and evolving peat that transitions into smoky nuances.
