Launched in 2021 to celebrate Nikka Whisky's 90th anniversary, the Discovery Series highlights key aspects of the creation of Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts.

Nose : Fruity notes of pear, peach, and apricot are complemented by unique hints of lavender, marshmallow, and meringue.

Palate : Cereal flavors of malt and barley are enriched by brioche bread and acacia honey.

Finish : Long and silky, with herbal undertones of cut grass, sage, verbena, and chamomile.
