The Morris Signature Single Malt is crafted at the Morris Whisky Distillery in Rutherglen, Victoria, a region globally renowned for producing some of Australia's most iconic fortified wines such as Muscat and Topaque.

What makes this whisky particularly distinctive is the deep connection between wine heritage and whisky craftsmanship. The Morris family has been producing fortified wines in Rutherglen since 1859, and those same historic barrels are now used to mature their whisky. The casks—previously seasoned with rich Muscat and Topaque wines—infuse the spirit with remarkable depth and complexity.

The whisky begins with carefully selected Australian malted barley, distilled with precision and then matured in a mix of ex-fortified wine casks and ex-bourbon barrels.
