TASTING NOTES :

COLOUR - Clear amber.

AROMA - Very active with a plum aroma, accompanied by light oak and sweet vanilla notes.

FLAVOUR - Slightly sweet and smooth on the palate, with subtle notes of chocolate, candy sweetness, raisins, and almond nuts.

FINISH : Medium short, with a delicate Pedro Ximenez oak cask plum sweetness in the aftertaste.
