This product has a nice and soft taste on a palate which is unique character of Omachi rice, the finest rice for brewing Sake.Omachi is the most easily recognisable rice variety which is often full and savoury with some chestnut flavours in the finish. It has candied florals with hints of peach nose which would be a great match to slightly meatier fish dishes.
