Kokubu Brewery Yasuda (720 ml)

Using “Tsurunashi-Genji” restored from 10 potato cultivars by one farmer’s hand, Mr.Taniyama, Mr.Yasuda the chief brewer prepares shochu by producing Koji from original raw potato. This ultimate potato shochu is “Yasuda”, the one and only potato shochu with unique ingredients and fermentation method. Though it is a 100% potato shochu, it doesn’t seem like a potato shochu because of its feature which is fruity and mellow sweetness. Recommended way to relish it is on the rocks.
