This expression is brewed in the Junmai Ginjo style, where carefully polished rice is fermented slowly at low temperatures to develop the elegant fruity aromas typical of Ginjo sake while preserving the natural richness of the rice.

The term “Muroka” (無濾過) indicates that the sake is unfiltered by charcoal. While most sake undergo charcoal filtration to adjust flavor and clarity, Muroka sake is bottled with minimal intervention. This preserves more of the sake’s natural aroma, texture, and depth.
