PALATE: Silky and beautifully balanced. Honeyed malt, caramel, and ripe orchard fruits unfold smoothly, layered with gentle spice, nutty notes, and a delicate woody nuance. The texture is elegant and composed, showcasing classic Hibiki harmony.

FINISH: Long, graceful, and quietly complex. Lingering sweetness, soft oak, floral tones, and a touch of incense fade slowly, leaving a refined and contemplative aftertaste.

2. Hibiki- 17 Year Old (Discontinued in 2018)

PALATE: Silky and beautifully integrated. Honeyed malt, caramel, and ripe stone fruits lead the palate, followed by dark chocolate, gentle spice, and delicate woody notes. Extended aging brings remarkable harmony, where richness and finesse coexist seamlessly.

3. Hibiki - 21 Year Old

Region: Japanese Blended Whisky, Japan
ABV: 43%

NOSE: Complex and elegant, with notes of dried fruits, raisins, and apricots, followed by honey, spice, floral nuances, Japanese oak (Mizunara), and sandalwood. Refined, aromatic, and beautifully layered.

PALATE: Rich, deep, and impeccably balanced, showing dried fruits, toffee, and dark chocolate at the core, followed by spice, oak, honey, and tropical fruit. Distinctive Mizunara cask notes bring hints of sandalwood and Japanese spices. The mouthfeel is silky smooth, highly layered, and remarkably complex.
