This Irish Whiskey of Glendalough was aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and subsequently transferred to a Pinot Noir Grand Cru cask, where it was refined. This last phase has given the whiskey rich berry notes, a slight earthy character and wood spice from French oak. 366 bottles are produced for each cask of this Single Cask.
