Liqueur made from brandy "Poire William." Nose steeped in brandy, very focused on the fruit's skin. Then come more fruity, juicy, forming a very balanced package. On the palate, ripe fruit aromas combining the softness of the pulp and the slight bitterness skin. Great and powerful length. Pure on crushed ice or in cocktails.
