1. The Night’s Watch – Oban Bay Reserve
Region: Highlands, Scotland
ABV: 43%
NOSE: Aromas of sea breeze and iodine weave together with the sweetness of malt and honey. Notes of mandarin orange emerge alongside gentle smoke and soft spice.
PALATE: A well-balanced interplay between ripe fruit sweetness and subtle maritime salinity. Flavors of toasted malt, milk chocolate, and mild spice unfold over a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
FINISH: Medium in length, lingering with light smokiness, a touch of sea salt, and a gradual fade of malty sweetness.
2. House Stark – Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost
Region: Highlands, Scotland
ABV: 43%
NOSE: Fresh aromas of honey, sweet malt, and white fruits, layered with notes of wildflowers, vanilla, and a cool mineral nuance that reflects the crisp Highland climate.
