Fattoria Le Pupille Grappa di Poggio Valente is born from the same vineyard that produces one of Tuscany’s most admired wines — Morellino di Scansano Poggio Valente. The grappa captures the pure spirit of the Sangiovese grape, distilled from the pomace (vinacce) left after fermentation, transforming what remains of the harvest into a new expression of elegance.

The house Fattoria Le Pupille, led by the visionary Elisabetta Geppetti, has long been a symbol of modern Maremma winemaking — bridging local Tuscan character with refinement and grace. With this grappa, Geppetti extends her philosophy of terroir into the world of spirits, revealing the soul of Poggio Valente in its purest, most essential form.

The distillation takes place in small copper stills under controlled temperature, preserving the aromatic integrity of Sangiovese skins. The resulting distillate rests patiently, gaining softness and roundness while maintaining its aromatic purity.
