Drouet Cognac X.O. Ulysse is a premium Grande Champagne Premier Cru cognac produced by the fourth-generation family estate, Domaine Drouet. Named in honor of the current director’s great-grandfather, Ulysse Dumargue, this cuvée is a blend of aged eaux-de-vie representing the work of several generations.

Origin: 100% single-estate grapes from the prestigious Grande Champagne region.
Composition: Primarily Ugni Blanc (93%) blended with Colombard (7%) for added complexity.
Aging: Matured for an average of 20 years in French oak barrels (ranging from 16 to 25 years in various blends).
Awards: Recipient of a Double Gold Medal (94 points) at the 2024 International Challenge Gilbert & Gaillard and was named the highest-rated cognac by USA Spirits Ratings in 2020.
Tasting Notes
Color: Deep golden amber.
Nose: A complex bouquet featuring hazelnut, mocha, and dried mandarin peel, often accompanied by the distinct "rancio" aroma typical of well-aged spirits.
Palate: Full-bodied and silky with flavors of baked apples, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Finish: Exceptionally long and sweet with a balanced profile of cedar and warm spices
