Dassai Umeshu (720 ml)

Dassai Umeshu is a luxurious interpretation of traditional Japanese plum liqueur (梅酒 – Umeshu), produced by Asahi Shuzo, the renowned brewery behind the globally celebrated Dassai sake series.

Unlike many commercial umeshu that are made with neutral spirits or shochu, Dassai Umeshu is made using premium Junmai Daiginjo sake as its base. This gives the liqueur a much more delicate and refined character.

Carefully selected Japanese ume plums are infused in high-quality Dassai sake, allowing the natural fruit flavors to integrate with the elegant structure of Daiginjo-style sake. The result is a beautifully balanced liqueur that expresses both the fresh tartness of ume fruit and the smooth, polished texture of premium sake.
