Choya Kishu nankobai Gensku (720 ml)

Authentic umeshu made by a blender carefully selecting several types of umeshu liquor from the umeshu brewery held in about 450 storage tanks. We prepared 1.5 times the amount of ume that we usually pickle umeshu at home, and used 385g of ume per product (720ml). It has a strong acidity with a core peculiar to undiluted sake, a deep aftertaste, and a good and mellow finish, and is characterized by a well-balanced taste despite being undiluted.
