Chiyomusubi Craft Gin “Impact” hails from Tottori Prefecture, Japan, a coastal region where mountains, forests, and the Sea of Japan converge. It is crafted by the historic Chiyomusubi Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1865, long admired for its exceptional sake and shochu. With over 150 years of distilling expertise, the house brings its deep fermentation knowledge into the world of gin — creating a spirit that bridges Japanese purity and modern intensity.

The name “Impact” reflects its bold yet balanced character — a gin designed to awaken the senses with a wave of Japanese botanicals. Distilled in small batches, it features a core of juniper berries, harmonized with local ingredients such as Nashi pear, Yuzu citrus, Japanese pepper (Sansho), and green tea. Each botanical is distilled separately to capture its purest aroma before being artfully blended into one cohesive expression.
