Every bottle begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave, harvested by hand at full maturity, then slow-roasted in stone ovens to release natural sweetness and depth. The fermented agave juice is double-distilled in copper pot stills, then aged (reposado) in American oak barrels for several months — long enough to gain smoothness and color, while preserving the fresh agave core.
