The name “Del Capo” refers to Capo Vaticano, a stunning coastal area in Calabria known for its Mediterranean landscapes and aromatic wild herbs. The liqueur captures the essence of this region by using a carefully balanced infusion of 29 herbs, spices, roots, fruits, and flowers native to the Mediterranean.

These botanicals include ingredients such as bitter orange, sweet orange peel, licorice root, chamomile, juniper, hyssop, and other aromatic herbs, all slowly macerated to extract their natural flavors.

Unlike many amari that emphasize heavy bitterness, Vecchio Amaro Del Capo is celebrated for its balance between sweetness, citrus brightness, and herbal complexity, making it exceptionally approachable.
