Boatyard Double Gin (700 ml)

Organically produced wheat spirit is macerated for 18 hours with 8 different botanicals, including Sweet Gale which has been harvested from the family farm. The ‘double’ in Boatyard Double Gin refers to the distillation process and a purist’s approach of placing juniper at both the start and end of the process.
