Full Moon Brewworks

In 2007 we had the simple idea of starting a small brewpub. Yet to our surprise, this little project grew into something much bigger than we anticipated. Fast forward through three years of hard work saw us opening the Full Moon Brewworks in November 2010. Since then, we’ve been at it non-stop as one of the few serious artisan brewers in Phuket and Thailand. Our beer-fueled journey has taken us to fame, recognition, and awards from international competitions. But we couldn’t have done it without the support of friends and fans from all over the world.

Our approach to craft brewing is about creating something unique and flavorful to delight both locals and visitors to our beautiful island of Phuket. Where some just see beer, we see the limitless possibilities and combinations of flavors and aromas in a fusion of traditional beer brewing, modern craft beer styles, and local Thai influences. For us, the goal is to introduce more people to the taste of craft beer through quality ingredients and Thai creativity.
